Sarah Lammert
Founder and Principal
Sarah Lammert has served as an Executive leader and board member of several nonprofit organizations, including the Unitarian Universalist Association, Women's World Banking, and the National Conference on Ministry to the Armed Forces. She is a published author, ordained Unitarian Universalist minister, and a graduate of Brown University, Starr King School for the Ministry, Boston University School of Management's Non Profit Management and Leadership Graduate Certificate Program, and the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding's Conflict Transformation Graduate Certificate Program. She is a STAR (Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience) Practitioner.
Cheryl M. Walker
Partner Consultant
The Rev. Cheryl M. Walker holds an MDIV from Union Seminary and has 15 years of managerial experience in corporate America. Cheryl serves as a specialist in interim ministry, requiring great skill in facilitating organization change. Cheryl is a mentor, coach, and change leader.
Addison Tucker
Partner Consultant
Addison Tucker holds a Masters in Restorative Justice from the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University. She currently works with middle school youth to provide academic support and career exposure and exploration.
