Sarah Lammert

Founder and Principal

Sarah Lammert has served as an Executive leader and board member of several nonprofit organizations, including the Unitarian Universalist Association, Women's World Banking, and the National Conference on Ministry to the Armed Forces. She is a published author, ordained Unitarian Universalist minister, and a graduate of Brown University, Starr King School for the Ministry, Boston University School of Management's Non Profit Management and Leadership Graduate Certificate Program, and the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding's Conflict Transformation Graduate Certificate Program. She is a STAR (Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience) Practitioner.

Carlton E. Smith

Partner Consultant

The Rev. Carlton E. Smith is the Founder of YAG Publishing LLC, a business dedicated to supporting people as they realize the fullness of both their humanity and their divinity. He is the author of Try My Jesus: Daily Reflections to Free Your Mind, Deepen Your Faith, and Invite Universal Love Into Your Life. A graduate of Howard University’s School of Business (BBA - Marketing) and its School of Divinity (M.Div, summa cum laude), Carlton is an ordained minister and an Accredited Interim Minister in Training in the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). The last four of those years, he was the Lead (Executive Director) of the UUA’s Pacific Western Region, managing a staff of 10 people, a budget of over $1.5M and assets of over $800,000. He’s served on the Board of Trustees for the Living Legacy Project and the Campaign Board for the LGBTQ Victory Fund.

Cheryl M. Walker

Partner Consultant

The Rev. Cheryl M. Walker holds an MDIV from Union Seminary and has 15 years of managerial experience in corporate America. Cheryl serves as a specialist in interim ministry, requiring great skill in facilitating organization change. Cheryl is a mentor, coach, and change leader.

Addison Tucker

Partner Consultant

Addison Tucker holds a Masters in Restorative Justice from the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University. She currently works with middle school youth to provide academic support and career exposure and exploration.
