We empower organizations to reach their full potential, utilizing our expertise in organizational change leadership and conflict transformation. Our team is comprised of professionals with decades of experience leading non-profit and interfaith organizations. We empower organizations working to build a more just, equitable and sustainable world.

Shared Vision Consulting principal Sarah Lammert has served as an Executive leader and board member of several nonprofit organizations, including the Unitarian Universalist Association, Women's World Banking, and the National Conference on Ministry to the Armed Forces. She is a published author, ordained Unitarian Universalist minister, and a graduate of Brown University, Starr King School for the Ministry, Boston University School of Management's Non Profit Management and Leadership Graduate Certificate Program, and the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding's Conflict Transformation Graduate Certificate Program. She is a STAR (Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience) Practitioner.
